Features	CJ1077: G078(curing agent)=100:0.5( Adjust portion by peeling strength demand) Coating thickness: dry film 15~20um Dry condition:100℃, 2 min Aging condition: 60℃ for 2 days ,or room temperature for 7 days. UV curing wavelength/light source :200~450nm/mercury UV curing energy:≧400mj/cm2 1. The peeling strength and aging will be influenced by below factors: ① Shape of substrate ② Property of substrate ③ Thickness of coating ④ Temperature and heat time of heat oven. ⑤ Efficiency of curing lamp. Aging condition will be determined by substrate and process. 2. Please measure the energy of lamp at regular time. Curing at higher energy will be acceptable,curing at lower energy will cause serious result of UV dicing tape. Curing at lower energy will cause less reaction ,and higher peeling strength after curing.
Applications	CJ1077 is UV dicing tape adhesive,It is most used on protection in production of wafer,glass,PCB etc.
Packaging	In 18 kg plastic drum/ 180 kg plastic drum
Storage	The resin should be stored in sealed container and avoid the direct light exposure. It can be stable for at least 6 months at 0 to 35℃. The residual adhesive can not be put back .
Safety	Irritating to eyes and skin； Contain acrylate type monomer; May cause allergy by skin contact； Carefully read the Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) before use: including information about labeling, transportation, storage, product use, safety and ecological issues.
Notice	During the operation, please wear protective gloves to avoid contact with skin; in case of contact with skin, eyes or clothing, flush with clean water. For more detailed information, please refer to material safety data sheet.
